Job Description- Dialer Manager :

Min experience: 3 yrs in Dialer management

Location: Remote/ WFH for a US based Company

Timings: US Shift

Salary: Negotiable

Position Summary:

The Dialer Manager is responsible for running the call centers multiple campaigns in an outbound call center. Responsibilities include, uploading lists, analyzing performance, creating and distributing reporting, hitting sales targets and assisting with technology inquiries on the agent and admin side of the portal. Additional Responsibilities include:

REVENUE GENERATION:

  • Analyze data performance and set workflows to maximize sales
  • Ensure contact rates are maintained by reviewing flagged numbers
  • Assist the leadership team in schedule offline meetings and coaching sessions that don’t disrupt the dialer’s efficiencies
  • Assisting Supervisors with communicating agents who are on long pause or sitting on dead calls
  • Drive revenues, hit sales goals and use technology to it’s maximum efficiency
  • Use data analysis to suggest best practices in the call center

COMPLIANCE:

  • Ensure the company is following all local, state and federal telemarketing requirements
  • Stay up to date on new compliance policies
  • Communicate with leadership team and agents as new laws are enacted
  • Ensure proper compliance with internal DNC progress on the dialing platform

EFFICIENCIES:

  • Using the dialer and data coming from it, assess best practices for customer touch points (ie. Call, SMS, Email)
  • Communicate to leadership when agents are not dis-positioning properly, holding on dead calls, or not effectively taking calls based on dialer statistics
  • Send mid-day and end of day production reports

Job Requirements

  • 3 years in a Technical Support Role (Dialer Experience Preferred)
  • 3 years in an outbound dialing environment
  • 3 years working on an outbound dialer
  • Experience with Convoso (Preferred)
  • Advanced experience Microsoft Excel
  • Highly Tech Savvy. Experience with Zoom, CRMs and Databases preferred
  • Experience managing a remote work environment
